Return policy overview¶
NIL Unlimited is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the Platform. However, order fulfillment (shipping, handling, and returns) is managed by the brand that sells the product. The return window is the same for every brand and product on the Platform — a flat 14 days — though condition requirements and final-sale designations may vary and are displayed on the product page.
Standard return policy¶
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- Return window: 14 days, the same for every brand and product on the Platform. Brand Partners may designate specific products as final sale, which is displayed on the product page.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: Contact support@nilunlimited.co with your order number to initiate a return.
- Refund method:Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Exceptions¶
- Final sale items are marked as such on the product page and cannot be returned.
- Defective or incorrect itemsmay be returned at no cost to the Customer — contact us immediately.
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
How returns affect athlete commissions¶
When a product is returned and a refund is issued, the Athlete commission associated with that order is voided. This is reflected in the Athlete’s wallet as a “Returned” entry.
Exchanges¶
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items¶
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact support@nilunlimited.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the brand to resolve the issue.
Shipping policy overview¶
NIL Unlimited partners with brands that handle their own fulfillment and shipping. Shipping rates, methods, and delivery times vary by brand and are displayed at checkout.
General shipping information¶
- Coverage: Currently shipping to the United States only.
- Processing time: Determined by each Brand Partner. Expected processing time for any product is displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
- Shipping carriers: Determined by each brand (commonly USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping rates¶
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- The brand’s shipping rates.
- Your delivery address.
- The size and weight of the items.
Some brands may offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold. These promotions are displayed on the product page and in campaign details.
Delivery times¶
Estimated delivery times are provided by each Brand Partner at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the carrier. Some Brand Partners offer multiple shipping speeds (standard, expedited); options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, weather, and other factors outside NIL Unlimited’s control.
Order tracking¶
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact support@nilunlimited.co with your order number for status updates.
International shipping¶
International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand shipping options in the future.
Lost or missing packages¶
If your package appears to be lost (tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days), contact support@nilunlimited.co. We will work with the brand and carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.
