Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Our Commitment
NIL Unlimited is committed to ensuring that our website and mobile application are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe every athlete, fan, and visitor deserves equal access to our platform, and we are continually working to improve the experience for everyone.
Standards We Follow
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines provide a framework for making web and mobile content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
For our iOS mobile application, we additionally follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for accessibility and leverage native iOS accessibility features including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Switch Control support.
Measures We Take
NIL Unlimited takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- We include accessibility as a core requirement in our design and development process.
- We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target standard for both web and mobile experiences.
- We conduct periodic accessibility reviews of our website and application.
- We provide ongoing accessibility training and awareness for our team.
- We assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities within our organization.
- We welcome and actively respond to user feedback on accessibility issues.
Accessibility Features
Navigation and Structure
All pages use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels where needed. Our site can be fully navigated using a keyboard alone, and focus order follows a logical, meaningful sequence.
Visual Design
Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Our interface does not rely on color alone to convey information. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Images and Media
All informational images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked so assistive technologies can ignore them. Any video or multimedia content we produce includes captions or transcripts.
Forms and Interactive Elements
All form fields have visible labels and are programmatically associated with their labels. Error messages clearly identify the field and describe the issue. Interactive elements such as buttons and links have descriptive, distinguishable names.
Mobile Application
Our iOS application supports VoiceOver screen reader navigation, Dynamic Type for user-preferred text sizes, and respects system-level accessibility settings including reduced motion, increased contrast, and bold text preferences.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to resolve them:
- Some older content or third-party embedded content may not yet be fully accessible.
- Some complex interactive features may have limited screen reader support while we work to improve them.
- User-generated content, such as athlete-uploaded images, may lack descriptive alt text.
We are committed to addressing these issues on an ongoing basis and prioritize fixes based on their impact to users.
Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies: screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. Our website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Our iOS application is designed to work with VoiceOver and other native iOS accessibility features on supported iOS versions.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of NIL Unlimited. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty using any part of our website or application, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Enforcement and Legal
This statement is provided in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
We recognize that digital accessibility is both a legal obligation and a responsibility we take seriously. If you feel that we have not adequately responded to your accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ADA.gov, or file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Education if your concern relates to a university or educational institution's use of our platform.
Continuous Improvement
This accessibility statement will be reviewed and updated as we make improvements to our platform. Our goal is not just compliance but a genuinely inclusive experience for every user. We regularly evaluate our website and application against current accessibility standards and update our practices as standards and technologies evolve.
